        NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PRELIMINARY BUDGET
                               FOR THE TOWN OF GREENPORT
                                        FOR THE YEAR 2024
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Preliminary Budget of the Town of Greenport, New York (the “Town”) for the Fiscal Year beginning January 1, 2024  has been completed and filed in the Office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Greenport at 600 Town Hall Drive, Hudson,  New York, where it is available for inspection by any interested person during office hours which are 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
 
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board will meet and review said Preliminary Budget on the 1st.. day of November, 2023 at 5:00 p.m., and a Public Hearing will be held at 5:30 pm on such Preliminary Budget, and at that such Hearing any person may be heard in favor of or against the Preliminary Budget as compiled or for or against any item or items therein contained prior to the regular Town Board meeting at the Greenport Town Hall at 6:00 P.M.  The public is welcome to attend in person and also to join us virtually or by telephone.  The virtual meeting link is meet.google.com/vti-skfw-zba and the phone number is (US)+1 240-544-6474 PIN: 519863773.
