The Town of Greenport will hold a Town Board meeting on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 6:00 pm preceded by a workshop meeting  at 5:oo pm at the Greenport Town Hall, 600 Town Hall Drive, Hudson, New York 12534.  Some items to be discussed will be the Greenport Summer Playground program.  Applications are available for children to attend at the Town Clerk's office.   We are still accepting applications for Counselors for our 6 week playground program.  Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
           The Town will accommodate in-person attendance at this meeting, however, interested parties are afforded the opportunity to present public comment in writing or orally during the public broadcast on line at meet.google.com/esx-cvbw-fqp.  In addition, the Town Board will also provide public access to share oral comments in real time by phone at (US)+1 414-856-4718 (PIN: 280727862).  Any written comments may be submitted to the Town Board,  Attn: Sharon Zempko Town Clerk at the address above or via email to [email protected] and must be received no later than Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 12 pm.

The Town of Greenport is seeking eligible applicants eager to work as Playground Counselors with children at the Greenport Town Park.  The program runs July 5th to August 12th, 2022.  Applications also can be picked up at Town Hall.

Hours will be switched for the Assessor's Office on Wednesday, May 18th and May 25th to 9am to 1pm.  June will resume back to normal hours of 1pm to 4:30pm.

The Greenport Water Department and Park employees have been hard at work preparing the facilities, grounds and ballfields at the Greenport Town Park for the season.  A special thank you goes out to J&R Contracting who donated extra hydroseed to areas needing same.  We look forward to a great season.
