s There will be a Special Town Board Meeting to conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, December 13, 2021 at the Greenport Town Hall, 600 Town Hall Drive, Hudson, New York at 5 P.M. for the purpose of discussing Local Law 3 of 2021 titled "A Local Law to Opt out of Allowing on-Site Cannabis Consumption a Authorized under the Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act." All persons will be given an opportunity to voice their concerns and comments  on meet.google.com/qrh-tuxa-qqd or by phone at (US)+1 224- 662-0653 (PIN: 408920818) or summit written comments to the Town Clerk at [email protected] no later than 12:00 P.M. on Monday, Dec. 13, 2021.  The proposed law is available to be viewed on the Town's website at www.townofgreenport.com or in the Town Clerk's office during normal business hours which are 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Monday thru  Friday.
