 <description>&lt;p&gt;I am normally&amp;nbsp;in the office on Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. However, on occasion I may be delayed for field reviews, etc., Therefore, to avoid a wasted trip, call 518-828-0368. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The Final Assessment Roll for 2010-11 was&amp;nbsp;filed with the Town Clerk on&amp;nbsp; July 1, 2010.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It now almost certain&amp;nbsp;that the STAR rebate check program will not be continued in 2010, however, the STAR exemption will remain&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Columbia County Assessment information is now available online. To check assessments go to the Columbia County link below, the&amp;nbsp; Link to assessment information is right on the startup page.&amp;nbsp; Properties can be accessed by tax map number or location only.&lt;/p&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Greenport Community&amp;nbsp;Day&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; is&amp;nbsp;scheduled for September 25, 2010 from Noon to 8 p.m.&amp;nbsp;and will be held at the Greenport Town Park, 413 Joslen Boulevard.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Come and enjoy&amp;nbsp;the music of Paul Slusar,&amp;nbsp; &amp;quot;Imagining John Lennon&amp;quot; and&amp;nbsp;The Peaceful Country Band.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Lots of good food, including your favorite FRIED DOUGH, pepperoni, sausage &amp;amp; peppers, hamburgers &amp;amp; hotdogs, will be available.&amp;nbsp; Carnival rides and games will be provided.&amp;nbsp; Bill Williams from The Cat&amp;nbsp;98.5&amp;nbsp;will be on hand for you to try a spin on his Prize Wheel.&amp;nbsp; Tots the Clown is scheduled to make an appearance, too.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The kids can enjoy arts&amp;nbsp;&amp;amp; crafts projects and many vendors booths will be set up.&lt;/p&gt;
